A Renowned Manufacturing company is hiring - Manager M&A

Looking for a CA with 5–10 years of experience to join a renowned MNC company. Role involves M&A evaluation, financial modeling, due diligence, business analysis, JV opportunities. Consulting or Big Four experience preferred , Experience in raising funds from banks and financial institutions is a plus.

Location: Delhi

Experience: 5–10 years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate target companies for acquisition, including valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence.

- Prepare and review transaction documents in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

- Collaborate with investment bankers, Big 4 firms, and law firms on both domestic and international transactions.

- Identify and assess new joint venture (JV) partners, alliances, and business opportunities.

- Assist in fundraising from banks and financial institutions; exposure to treasury and investment of surplus funds preferred.
