Job Description

As a Sales Manager responsible for LV Motors customer handling in Eastern India, your main duties will include generating enquiries, selecting the right products, preparing offers, following up regularly, negotiating, and closing orders. You will be involved in direct sales, indirect sales, channel management, customer relationship management, business planning and review, business information management, product presentation, and conducting product seminars. It is essential to keep the CRM tools updated regularly and adhere to sales process guidelines by obtaining necessary approvals and documentation. Monitoring and achieving sales targets will also be a key part of your role. You should possess a good knowledge of Switchgears & Motors and be familiar with commercial concepts and channel handling. Regularly reviewing business with channels for development purposes will be expected. As a successful candidate, you are required to be quality and result-oriented, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and have a strong customer focus.,
