Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand e-Shop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online brand shop. This role will be pivotal in driving the growth of our brands online presence, optimizing product listings, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong e-commerce and digital marketing knowledge, along with a deep understanding of customer behaviour, to drive sales and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the business plan to drive sales and revenue growth for the brand s online store. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, category, service, commercial) to ensure alignment on product promotions, digital campaigns, and content strategies. Manage relationships with existing online sellers and continuously seek out and onboard new sellers to expand product offerings, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate inventory levels, and periodic reconciliations. Develop and manage forecasts at a product, region, and seller level to ensure stock availability and the right product mix. Manage the performance of call centre team, ensuring agents have comprehensive product knowledge and provide excellent customer service. Implement regular product training sessions to keep agents informed on product offerings and promotions. Plan and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Category & Digital Marketing teams to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase brand visibility. Monitor product listings and ensure timely updates to content pages to provide customers with up-to-date, informative, and engaging product details. Ensure a seamless after-sales experience by working with the service team to resolve customer queries and issues promptly. Understanding the Key Business Drivers for this channel and ensure there should not be any cross-channel conflicts Develop and implement phase-in and phase-out plans for new product launches and discontinued models to optimize inventory turnover and reduce excess stock.
