Manager - Legal (Real Estate)

NSE/BSE listed leading real estate group engaged in high value, luxury residential/commercial projects, IT Parks, 5-Star Hotels and Malls.
At present we are hiring the following position for Cochi location.

Designation: Manager - Legal
Location: Cochi

Desired Profile: Law graduate with min 8 to 15 year' experience in real estate industry and land acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for ongoing Construction Projects, framing and drafting Legal Opinion and title analysis on newly proposed Lands for developments and responsible for legal tasks and transactions of the company.

2. Drafting Development Agreement, Agreement of Sale, Conveyance Deed, Lease Deed, Power of Attorney, MOU, Rectification Deed, Partnership Deed, Services Contracts, Procurement Contracts, Share Purchase Agreements, Confirmation Deed, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Addendums, Leave & License, Indenture of Mortgage etc. and drafting and finalizing the office templates of Sale Deed, GPA, Agreement to Sell etc. Documentation & co-ordination with the Company appointed external Solicitors, Lawyers,

2. Working towards Mass land acquisition- Coordinating with Land Aggregators/facilitators or their Advocates to obtain title clearance for lands proposed by them and also coordinating with external counsels appointed by the Company to obtain legal opinions for the same.

3. Keeping track of litigations, maintain case files, dates of hearing, attending courts when required, drafting Objections/replies and drafting legal notice, replying to the Legal Notice/s received by the company etc

4. Attending registrations in various sub registrars’ offices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
