Manager- Lease Abstraction

As a Manager of Lease Abstraction Team at MRI Software in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of the Lease Abstraction team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Support in India, your responsibilities will include: - Providing Local Managed Services oversight, leadership, and people management for the India Managed Services Global Delivery Centre, with planned expansion to support global Managed Services needs - Engaging with business leaders globally to build and support the Managed Services team in India, focusing on culture, community, people management, and delivery excellence - Driving global integration and standardization in India by collaborating with Managed Services Department Service Offering Leadership - Working with global and local leadership to ensure a common approach and resource management for development - Contributing vision and leadership consistent with MRIs Services strategic plans and objectives for technology initiatives - Optimizing solutions to enhance performance, productivity, and cost reduction within or across the Services Departments - Representing the unique challenges and needs of the Managed Services India team within the broader Managed Services leadership structure To excel in this role, you should possess: - Over 10 years of experience in Lease Abstraction or related field and at least 5 years of experience in managing a global team or relevant leadership experience - Ability to manage abstraction projects, conduct regular team meetings, resolve issues, and drive process improvements - Skills in communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration - Experience with other business SaaS offerings would be advantageous Your qualifications should include a Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field; a Masters degree is preferred. Additionally, you should have polished documentation and presentation skills.
