Role Overview: As a Learning & Development Expert at Fiserv, you will lead the Learning and Development practice, collaborating closely with the leadership team to shape and execute the broader Learning strategy. Your expertise in a technology-focused L&D role will be crucial in partnering with key stakeholders to deliver optimal results. You will play a strategic role in all stages of the learning cycle, from conceptualization to implementation, blending strategic thinking with hands-on practicality. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans for learning and development, identifying training needs and crafting programs to address them effectively. - Provide coaching to the L&D team on designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful technical learning interventions. - Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employees" skills for their respective roles. - Evaluate technology stack for recommending optimal uses and learning interventions. - Support organizational change through targeted learning interventions to enhance colleague engagement and change capability. Qualifications Required: - Education: A Master's degree in human resources or a related field. - Experience: Over 10 years of experience in learning and development, specifically in technology training, with a proven track record in designing and implementing successful technical training programs. Prior work experience in an IT organization is essential. - Skills: Proficiency in understanding current and emerging technologies, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, adept at using learning management systems and training tools, professional demeanor with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, and a flexible, can-do attitude to excel in a dynamic work environment.,
