Manager & Lead Counselor

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager & Lead Counselor to oversee branch operations, manage the counseling team, and ensure excellent service delivery to students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the counseling and operations team
• Provide expert guidance to students on course, college, and career options
• Manage day-to-day activities of the branch and ensure smooth functioning
• Set targets and monitor team performance
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and partners
• Handle student queries and ensure a positive experience throughout the admission process
• Prepare periodic reports and contribute to strategy and marketing discussions

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in student counseling or educational consultancy
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively
• Good knowledge of domestic and international admission procedures (added advantage)

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
