As a Manager, Lab Methods at a global healthcare biopharma company in Hyderabad, you will be part of a team dedicated to achieving new milestones in global healthcare by driving innovation and execution excellence through digital technology and data-backed approaches. **Role Overview:** - Analyze requirements, design, and implement Lab Execution System solutions to meet business needs. - Configure electronic testing workflows for laboratory execution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows. - Implement lean methodologies to enhance lab efficiency. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Lab Execution System software. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain LES software solutions using Biovia OneLab or Moda suite of tools and technologies. - Configure electronic testing workflows for laboratory execution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows. - Implement lean methodologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Lab Execution System software. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. - Develop and optimize workflows using Pipeline Pilot and Biovia OneLab Expression functionality. - Provide training to end-users and create user manuals or documentation. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Lifesciences field with 3+ years of experience. - Experience with Labware LIMS, Biovia One lab, Moda, or any other Lab Execution System tools. - Strong understanding of laboratory testing processes and workflows. - Knowledge of lean methodology and agile methodologies. - Experience with SDLC processes and validation testing. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication skills to work with various teams and stakeholders. - Experience with Pipeline Pilot and/or LabWare LIMS capabilities will be a plus.
