Description
You will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing IT procedures and policies to ensure the seamless delivery of IT services. This includes performing regular audits and software performance reviews, managing the IT budget, and providing leadership to the IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Team. You will need to stay updated with IT trends and advancements, oversee system maintenance and upgrades, monitor network & server performance, and analyze data for reporting metrics. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and implementing disaster recovery plans. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, design, and implement IT procedures and policies - Monitor existing system performance for seamless IT service delivery - Conduct regular audits and software performance reviews - Manage the IT budget for cost-effective solutions - Provide leadership and direction to the IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Team - Stay updated with IT trends and advancements - Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and license management - Monitor network & server computer performance - Analyze data and reporting metrics - Develop and implement disaster recovery plans **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field - Experience with system installation, administration, analysis, and configuration - 10+ years of IT experience managing teams for architecture design, deployment, and infrastructure planning - 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure or Cloud Operations manager - Strong leadership, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills - Experience in supporting the delivery of IT Infrastructure and Cloud projects - Leadership competency in driving team efforts for results and improvement This role requires effective communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, understanding of Agile development methods, ability to lead and mentor a team, project management skills, technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, server administration, cloud technologies, and security. You should also be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently.
