Manager Information Systems

In this vital role, you will join a collaborative team implementing and supporting the Integrated Case Management systems on existing & future technologies. You will wear multiple hats, including requirement gathering, implementation, and analyzing and resolving issues with case intake and data transfer across integrated systems. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will develop insights and implement solutions to improve system performance, ensuring reliable and efficient processing of data.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain design & development activities and deploy applications to support GxP systems.
• Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to address dependencies and resolve bottlenecks for critical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, development, QA, and business analysts to gather and align stakeholder requirements.
• Facilitate the breakdown of Epics into Features and Sprint-Sized User Stories and participate in backlog reviews with the development team.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to development teams across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Maintain knowledge of trends in application development frameworks and related new technologies to provide, recommend, and deliver best practice solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• Doctorate degree; OR
• Master's degree and 4 to 6 years of Computer Science, IT, or related field experience; OR
• Bachelor's degree and 6 to 8 years of Computer Science, IT, or related field experience; OR
• Diploma and 10 to 12 years of Computer Science, IT, or related field experience.

Must-Have Skills

• Experience with business analysis, including writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in agile project management systems such as Jira.
• Collaborate with architects and senior developers to define application and infrastructure strategy.
• Design, develop, and deploy applications using Java, J2EE, and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of the SDLC process, including requirements, design, testing, data analysis, and change control.
• Ability to mentor, guide, and review the work of junior developers and team members.

• Experience in HP ALM, Jira, ServiceNow Suite, and document management systems (e.g., Veeva).
