Job Description

Objective

To lead the industrialization of switch products, ensuring a smooth transition from design to scalable manufacturing. The role focuses on developing robust, cost-effective, and compliant manufacturing processes while maintaining product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability of modular, non-modular, and smart switches.
Define and optimize manufacturing processes including tooling, assembly lines, automation, and testing.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments for production scalability.
Ensure compliance with BIS, RoHS, CE, and other relevant standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to establish a reliable supply chain.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Implement new materials, technologies, and automation techniques.
Oversee pilot runs and ensure smooth transition from prototype to mass production.
Collaborate with QA teams to enhance product reliability and minimize defects.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Train and mentor team members to foster innovation and process excellence.
