Opening with Manufacturing concern in Bhiwadi Rajasthan ,The co is in Manufacturing of Brake fluid and coolant .
Must have:
1. - Hands-on experience on industrial Training and Development
2. - Experience in overall Training & Development activities -DOJO training, Staff Training, Regular training as per TNI, MACE training, TPM awareness training, Identify Training Needs / Skill Gaps (on the job & off the job) through Competency Mapping and Induction training.
3. -Fully conversant with planning & execution of training & development & maintaining various formats as per IATF 16949: 2016 & ISO 14001: 2015, OHSAS 18001/ ISO 45001, OEM customers (MACE) MSIL, Honda, Toyota and other Japanese JVs.
4. - Knowledge of Education & training pillar & Safety, Health & Environment pillar, Kaizens, TPM & 5S activities,
5. - Experience in preparation of training material as per industry requirement.
Preferably:
1. Shall be conversant with requirements of automobile accessories and chemical manufacturing plants.
2.- Responsibility for imparting General, Technical, Behavioural, Safety Training to Staff & Associates, DOJO induction training, evaluation of Dojo Test paper, preparing of Dojo Tracker, preparation of training module for Associates & Staff.
3.-Imaprting regular training for Associates & staff both, monitoring training effectiveness with HOD, TPM pillar homework homework , IATF & OHSAS audit & closer, identifying root of accident with Cross functional team, safety audit plan , adhare & closer of observations,
4.- Other general requirements for Training activity.
