Manager - Indirect Taxation

Location: Kolkata (Head Office)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (in a Managerial Role in a CA Firm)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Indirect Tax and Audit Manager to join our growing team at the Kolkata Head Office. The ideal candidate will bring expert-level proficiency in GST laws, internal audits, and departmental representations, with a proven ability to lead audit teams, manage client relationships, and independently handle complex assignments and departmental proceedings.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

1. C.A / C.M.A / C.A (Drop-out with equivalent experience)

2. Expert-level proficiency in GST laws, internal audits, and departmental representations

3. Experience leading and managing audit teams

4. Experience handling complex assignments and departmental proceedings independently

5. 5-10 years of experience in a managerial role in a CA firm

6. Must be located in commutable distance to Kolkata, West Bengal, India

Candidate Profile:

1. Strong command over English, both written and spoken.

2. Deep conceptual understanding of GST Law, rules, procedures, and emerging developments.

3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage cross-functional audit teams.

4. Prior experience in a reputed CA firm in a similar capacity for at least 5 years is mandatory.

Remuneration:

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skill)

Job Type: Full-time
