Manager II - Sales Support

As an AI Presales Engineer at UST, your role will involve a dual focus on engineering and pre-sales demos. You will be responsible for working on and building UST AI products and services, as well as developing and delivering compelling AI demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs). Your duties will also include conducting engaging product demonstrations for clients and stakeholders, and collaborating closely with sales, product, and technical teams to articulate AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Work on and build UST AI products and services - Develop and deliver compelling AI demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs) - Conduct engaging product demonstrations for clients and stakeholders - Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to articulate AI solutions - Provide technical support during presales discussions and client engagements Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Python programming, AI, and Machine Learning tools and techniques - Strong expertise in NLP and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) - Excellent presentation and demo-building skills - Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in client-facing roles or technical presales - Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) UST, a global digital transformation solutions provider, believes in embracing values that have shaped the organization since its inception.
