Manager II - Sales Support

As an AI Presales Engineer at UST, you will have a dual role involving engineering and pre-sales demos. Your responsibilities will include working on and building UST AI products and services, developing and delivering compelling AI demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs), as well as conducting engaging product demonstrations for clients and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to articulate AI solutions effectively. In this role, you are required to be proficient in Python programming, AI, and Machine Learning tools and techniques. Additionally, strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) are essential. Excellent presentation and demo-building skills are a must, along with a proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Preferred qualifications for this position include experience in client-facing roles or technical presales, as well as familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
