The role of Electronic and Sensor Integration Team Manager within the product development team for cold applied products in the Energy Business unit is crucial. Reporting to the product development team, the manager will oversee a team working on new product development, value analysis, value engineering, and sustaining projects. Leadership skills and a proven track record in product development within a global technology company are essential to drive success for the Energy BU by delivering top-notch engineering solutions. Key responsibilities of the Manager I R&D/Product DVL Engineering include managing and leading the Electronic and Sensor Integration Team, offering technical leadership and innovative solutions, guiding the development of complex electronic systems, integrating emerging technologies like IoT and AI, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, resource planning and prioritization, timely delivery of NPD projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of electronics into end products.
