This includes evaluating motors manufactured by Pentair and other suppliers, as well as components like capacitors, starting switches, and overloads. A comprehensive understanding of VFDs and their impact on motor performance is essential for this role. In addition to technical responsibilities, you will oversee a team of two motor engineers, requiring effective people management skills.
