Role Overview: As a Procurement and Contracts professional at our company in Mohali, you will be responsible for analyzing near miss accidents, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Additionally, you will analyze audit data, follow up on corrective actions, create audit dashboards, measure training effectiveness, and generate MIS reports. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze near miss accidents and share corrective actions. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. - Analyze audit data and follow up on non-closures. - Follow up for corrective actions according to the process. - Create audit dashboards. - Measure training effectiveness by correlating non-closures with training. - Generate MIS reports and records. Qualification Required: - BE in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, or Telecommunications. Experience Requirement: - 10 to 15 years of relevant experience. Skills & Competencies: - Good Functional Knowledge of HSEF. - Leadership skills. - Project management skills. - Team management skills. - Innovativeness. - Commercial Acumen.,
