HR & Training Manager – Munjoh Group (Luxury Resorts, Andamans)

Location: Havelock + Port Blair
Type: Full-time (On-site only)

Munjoh is in the middle of a turnaround — almost a re-opening. We’re rebuilding systems, retraining teams, and driving a new culture of ownership and discipline across our luxury resorts in the Andamans.

We’re looking for a hands-on HR & Training Manager who can lead from the front — setting up structure, hiring right, building accountability, and ensuring every team member is trained, motivated, and performing to Luxury standards.

Your Role

• Set up and manage HR operations — hiring, onboarding, payroll, compliance.
• Design and run training programs for all departments (service, kitchen, housekeeping, front office).
• Build SOP-driven performance systems for reviews, incentives, and training hours.
• Handle employee relations with firmness and empathy — zero tolerance for indiscipline.
• Partner with leadership to shape a results-first, guest-centric culture.

You Are

• Experienced in luxury hotel/resort HR (minimum 5–8 years).
• A builder — loves creating systems from scratch.
• Calm under chaos, consistent, and unafraid of challenge.
• Hands-on, grounded, and committed to island life — not a remote coordinator.
• Non-drinker, disciplined, and results-oriented.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
