MANAGER - HR

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As an HR Executive at our company, your role will involve identifying manpower requirements, creating job descriptions, managing the recruitment process, conducting training sessions, handling performance management procedures, maintaining employee records, and overseeing safety and health protocols. You will be responsible for ensuring employee satisfaction, addressing grievances, and liaising with external recruitment agencies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify manpower requirements and seek approval from the HR Head - Create job descriptions, advertise positions, and manage the employment process - Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and other HR activities - Review CVs, shortlist candidates, and assist in recruitment - Liaise with external recruitment agencies for timely position closures - Conduct new employee orientation and training sessions - Ensure employee satisfaction and manage performance appraisals - Maintain employee records, attendance, and data for management reference - Conduct exit interviews and handle employee grievances - Update employees on policies, compliances, and regulations - Oversee employee safety and health measures **Qualifications Required:** - MBA/MSW in Human Resource Management - 3-4 years of experience in a similar role **Additional Details:** The company is currently looking to fill multiple positions in different departments.
