Role Overview:

Turnkey Hospital Setup, NABH/JCI Accreditation, and Hospital Process Audits

Key Responsibilities:

Turnkey Hospital Project Coordination

  • Coordinate end-to-end hospital setup projects(greenfield and brownfield)
  • Assist in feasibility studies, space planning, and medical equipment procurement processes
  • Liaise with architects, biomedical vendors, and hospital promoters
  • Prepare project status reports, checklists, and timelines

Accreditation (NABH / JCI) Consultancy

  • Conduct gap assessments and create compliance reports for client hospitals
  • Develop hospital policies, SOPs, and documentation required for accreditation
  • Guide hospitals through the pre-assessment and final accreditation processes
  • Conduct training sessions for hospital staff on quality standards and protocols

Hospital Process Audits

  • Conduct operational audits across clinical, administrative, and support departments
  • Evaluate hospital workflows for efficiency, safety, and compliance
  • Prepare audit reports with actionable recommendations
  • Monitor implementation of corrective actions

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of all consultancy activities and project milestones
  • Prepare client presentations, training decks, and brochures
  • Ensure proper filing of all compliance-related documentation

Client & Internal Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Shine Globe and client hospitals
  • Coordinate with empaneled experts, external consultants, and internal teams
  • Support business development team in proposal preparation and client onboarding

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • BDS + Master’s in Hospital Administration (MHA or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, quality standards, and regulatory norms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel for on-site assignments
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership

Desirable :

  • Exposure to NABH or JCI processes (internship or certification)
  • Experience in healthcare consulting, hospital commissioning, or audits
  • Knowledge of HIS/LIS systems and digital healthcare workflows
