Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Holidays Operations located in Chennai. The Manager - Holidays Operations will oversee daily operations, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth travel experiences. Responsibilities include managing travel inquiries, designing customized itineraries, handling customer service issues, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring overall operational efficiency.

• Experience in Travel Operations and Customer Service management
• Skills in designing travel itineraries and package customization
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a managerial role is mandatory
• Fluency in English and local languages
