Manager - Health & Safety

Key Responsibilities: - Review and update Safety Standards for all processes - Conduct regular Safety audits and identify areas for improvement - Develop and audit H&S Management system and compliance in manufacturing processes - Review H&S trainings and assist in training/assessment planners - Ensure 100% compliance with Legal and Coats H&S guidelines - Cultivate a Safety culture among employees - Improve emergency preparedness and existing conditions - Conduct incident investigations and implement necessary actions - Review Risk Assessment, PTW, and SOPs periodically Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Safety (DIS) from Regional Labour Institute - M.E. in Industrial Safety Engineering with a minimum of 6 years experience in manufacturing - Minimum of 10 years experience in Health and Safety - Good communication and teamwork building skills - Proficient in computer skills, especially in database and spreadsheet applications Additional Company Details: Coats Group is dedicated to innovation, excellence, and fostering a diverse and collaborative environment.
