Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to engage and influence key accounts in Europe and North America for the Global Mobility vertical.
Collaborate closely with account managers to identify target accounts, map personas, undertake content audits, create customized marketing programs to drive awareness, cross-sell and upsell, generate opportunities and accelerate the sales cycle.
Understanding about ABM, activating various ABM channels, devising strategies, reporting and analyzing for the effectiveness of the ABM program.
Work with HCLTech's internal marketing team to build collaterals, social media banners, invite mailers, client testimonials, offshore branding and other marketing assets as required and check for brand compliance.
Collaborate with HCLTech's digital team to build an effective digital marketing strategy for the vertical's overall ABM/marketing strategy.
Oversee and manage client visits at our campus in Noida and other locations as and when required.
Engage with procurement, legal, finance, and admin to onboard vendors, contract signing and to ensure timely payment.
Collaborate with the inside sales team, manage the reporting and tracking of leads across all marketing channels.
Operations management on various activities.
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, events, content and partner channels.
Complete all assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.
Create compelling content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, webinars) tailored to mobility decision-makers.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
Stay current with global mobility trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
