Job overview Identify product and business growth levers to plan a roadmap for the category, and drive execution of key initiatives planned Liaison with Business Finance and Analytics functions to define and track KPIs for growth of the business Execute key marketing campaigns and initiatives Coordinate with Regulatory, Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to applicable guidelines and policies Design and create a reporting mechanisms for leadership reviews Preferred background and qualifications MBA from premier institute 3-5 years of experience in managing end-to-end categories, preferably at growing startups Understanding of the payments domain including regulatory and competitive environment is preferred
