Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to engage, onboard, and secure exhibitors for ADDS 2025. This will involve building and managing relationships with a curated list of exhibitors, ensuring alignment with the event's premium positioning. Additionally, you will need to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury home, design, and art categories. As the primary point of contact for exhibitors, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met will be crucial. Cultivating strong, long-term relationships with luxury brands, designers, and artisans in the home decor, furniture, and art industries is also a key part of your role. It is important to stay updated on trends in luxury design, architecture, and home decor to advise clients and enhance exhibitor alignment. Furthermore, maintaining a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and positioning of ADDS as a premier event is essential. Collaboration with the event planning, marketing, and editorial teams is necessary to align exhibitor experiences with ADDS 2025's overarching vision. You will be expected to provide regular updates and insights on exhibitor onboarding to internal stakeholders and work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining the integrity of the brand and event positioning. Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance exhibitor value, upselling additional services or sponsorships, will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the luxury home, design, and art industries. - Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage and nurture client relationships effectively. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of luxury design trends, architecture, and home decor. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
