Manager - GOCC / Vehicle Command & Control Center - Operations

You will be responsible for driving the design and development of GOCC (Global Operations Command Center) and Tools (End of Line & Service Diagnostics) Development. Your skills and competencies should include Automotive Telematics and CAN Integration, in-depth knowledge of Edge Trigger in Telematics, Cloud Analytics tools for Vehicle Diagnostics, creating dashboards and reports from Cloud-based tools, and exposure to the rollout of EOL and Service Diagnostic Tools. Your key responsibilities will involve Vehicle Data Acquisition through CAN, which includes understanding CAN DBC of the vehicle and mapping it with CAN matrix, defining an algorithm for Edge triggering, enabling FOTA on the Telematics device, ensuring the data authenticity of the device, and acquiring data through CAN datalogger device. Additionally, you will need to define dashboards and screens for Cloud Analytics Tools, including defining actions and processes for every system warning and error of the vehicle system, preparing dashboards for the entire system, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for defining SOR and sign-off. In relation to End of Line and Service Diagnostic tools, your responsibilities will include defining the End of Line requirement, Service Diagnostic requirement, and signing off with the supplier, monitoring the progress of the tools development, approving the tool based on detailed test cases, and having a thorough understanding of the Hardware tools.,
