As a Production Assistant / Assembly Technician at Onspot Energy (Enerspot Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd), you will be a part of our team dedicated to developing innovative and portable energy solutions for street vendors, farmers, and rural entrepreneurs. Our mission is to make power accessible, reliable, and affordable anytime, anywhere. Your responsibilities will include Battery Pack Assembly (Li-ion / LFP), wire harnessing, crimping, soldering, mechanical fitting and fastening of enclosures, testing of finished units (voltage, current, load testing), packaging, QC assistance, and supporting new product trials and batch production. The ideal candidate will have an ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field, basic knowledge of batteries, circuits, or hardware tools, willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment, good hand-eye coordination, and discipline in work. This is a full-time position with the possibility of Contract-to-Hire based on performance. The work hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, and the joining is immediate. The starting stipend for this position ranges from 9,000 to 12,000 per month based on skill level, with the opportunity for an increment based on performance after 3 months.
