Manager- Global Alliance Management

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing a broad portfolio of partnerships at all stages of their lifecycle with a focus on mutual value creation. Your role involves amending contracts with internal legal and Global BD team, ensuring governance mechanisms are in place, and facilitating cross-functional win/win solutions for disputes. You will proactively identify and resolve risks and issues, maintain updates on development, and collaborate with various stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Manage partnerships to create mutual value - Amend contracts with internal legal and Global BD team - Ensure governance mechanisms are in place - Communicate stakeholder expectations, deliverables, and obligations - Align decision-making with contract terms and governance - Identify and resolve disputes, risks, and issues - Maintain updates on development (Commercial, Regulatory, Intellectual Property, Technical) - Facilitate CEO and JxC meetings, global summits, and support strategic decision-making - Collaborate with external stakeholders, corporate communications, and investor relations for joint press releases and medical publications Qualifications Required: - Post-graduation (MBA) from a reputed college/university along with a bachelor's in pharmacy or related science discipline (biotechnology, chemical) - 3+ years of experience in Alliance Management, Business Development, Portfolio or Project Management - Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, problem-solving, negotiation, advocacy, and influence skills - Ability to operate on both strategic and tactical levels, work across various time zones, and maintain high integrity with confidential information (Note: The additional details of the company were not provided in the job description),
