Job Description

Shifts: UK Shifts (12 PM onwards)

Qualification: CA/ CA Inter / CMA

Role & responsibilities

Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Perform detailed review of Trial balance and prepare variance analysis by GL and Spend Category
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues.
Assist in financial reporting and analysis as required.
Manage Statutory and Internal Audit, provide relevant support and bring to closure.
Follow company policies and procedures to maintain internal controls.
Ensure Balance Sheet reconciliations are prepared on monthly basis
Reviewing AP transactions (Prepaid, GL, Spend, Cost center, Sub-process etc.)
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further course of action.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements
