Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Compliance

• Oversee

  financial controls, cost management, and compliance

  with financial regulations.
• Liaise with

  external auditors and tax professionals

  to finalize financial statements.
• Ensure

  timely preparation, filing, and reconciliation of TDS returns

  .
• Assist in

  internal and external audits

  to maintain compliance and transparency.
• Monitor

  internal controls

  to safeguard against fraud and financial discrepancies.

Accounting & Reporting

• Streamline

  accounting functions and operations

  to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare

  Management Information System (MIS) reports

  in the required format.
• Coordinate with

  internal teams

  on finance-related matters.
• Support

  budgeting processes

  and provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with

  internal policies and prescribed accounting procedures

  .
• Handle additional assignments as per the

  reporting manager's requirements

  .

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Professional qualification

  in finance or accounting.

• 8-10 years

  of relevant experience in

  controllership, financial management, and compliance

  .
• Strong

  communication and email skills

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Office, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools

  .
• Experience working in an

  ERP environment

  (preferably

  MS Navision or SAP

  ) with month-end closures.
