Key Responsibilities: - Ensure all activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards, and the internal Quality Management System. Finalize corrective and preventive control actions in RCA. - Manage people by developing measures of success and key performance indicators for measuring value improvement. Provide regular coaching for employee career development and motivate teams to adopt global best practices. - Define a review mechanism within the team to ensure the quality of deliverables and build governance reviews with stakeholders. - Drive process harmonization projects to align APAC processes with global standards. - Establish and grow cross-functional relationships essential for the success of Accounting & Control Forward. - Manage day-to-day interactions with the South Asia Finance team, Indirect sourcing team, Global process team, and GBS counterparts in other regions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis & planning or Finance processes. - Demonstrated end-to-end process thinking with the ability to drive process harmonization.
