Manager, Fundraising

As a Fundraising Lead at Saajha, you will play a pivotal role in anchoring the organization's fundraising efforts. You will collaborate closely with the founding team to leverage established networks, build relationships, and identify creative funding opportunities from grants and crowdfunding campaigns. - **Engagement:** - Steward partnerships by coordinating touchpoints and managing key donor relationships. - Work cross-functionally to understand and showcase impact to be communicated externally. - **Diligence and Governance:** - Own the processes and internal/external coordination required to ensure fundraising compliances. - **Outreach:** - Lead certain outreach efforts by working cross-functionally to ensure compelling proposals and pitch decks. - Around 3-5 years of experience in roles involving Monitoring and Evaluation (MnE), fundraising, managing relationships, and communication. - Alignment with Saajha's mission and vision, demonstrating conviction in the organization's goals. - Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively explain Saajha's work, goals, and partnership proposals. - Comfort working with numbers for fundraising reporting and planning purposes. - Ability to strategically plan fundraising efforts, anchor the Fundraising Strategy, and work collaboratively with operations and other teams.,
