Job Description

Role Overview: As the Manager of Full Stack Software Engineering at Mastercard Services, you will be leading the Advance Analytics Program within the D&S Technology Team. Your focus will be on providing accurate perspectives on Credit Risk, Portfolio Optimization, and Ad Insights through a range of products. Your role involves enhancing customer experience by developing new user interfaces, transitioning to API-based data publishing, leveraging new data sets and algorithms, and establishing scalable big data processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, coach, and develop the engineering team - Provide technical and product direction - Design and develop new technical products - Partner with product development on the roadmap - Champion technical innovation and quality - Collaborate across teams and business units to solve complex problems - Lead goal setting and accountability practices - Continuously experiment and innovate to develop a high-performing engineering team Qualification Required: - Strong academic record in Computer Science or a related technical field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Passion for analytical and quantitative problem-solving Additional Details of the Company: Mastercard Services is focused on enhancing customer experience by developing innovative products in the fields of Credit Risk, Portfolio Optimization, and Ad Insights.
