Job Description

In this role as the Manager of Full Stack Software Engineering at Mastercard Services, you will be a part of the Advance Analytics Program within the D&S Technology Team. The program's focus is on providing accurate perspectives on Credit Risk, Portfolio Optimization, and Ad Insights through various products. Your responsibilities will include enhancing customer experience, developing new user interfaces, transitioning to API-based data publishing, leveraging new data sets and algorithms, and establishing scalable big data processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team in designing and building a full stack web application and data pipelines in a fast-paced, agile environment. - Collaborate with other areas of the business to drive value for customers. - Work in small, flexible groups where every member contributes to designing, building, and testing features. - Engage in tasks ranging from creating intuitive UIs to designing backend data models and architecting data flows. Qualifications Required: - Strong background in full stack engineering in an agile environment. - Experience in leading engineering teams. - Proficiency in technologies such as Java/Spring Boot, .NET/C#, React, Redux, Typescript, and SQL Server. As the Manager, your key responsibilities will also include managing, coaching, and developing the engineering team, providing technical and product direction, designing and developing new technical products, partnering with product development on the roadmap, and championing technical innovation and quality. You will collaborate across teams and business units, lead goal setting and accountability practices, and continuously experiment and innovate to develop a high-performing engineering team. We are seeking a candidate with a strong academic background in Computer Science or a related technical field, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for analytical and quantitative problem solving.
