Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:-

Catchment potential analysis
New Site evaluation for financial viability of the investment as per the set guardrails and process
New Stores performance analysis and dashboard
Analyse the business cases pertaining to cost optimisation in the stores
Margin analysis for In-house brands and services
Active participation in preparing and closure of Annual Operating Plan / Budget
Prepare the PowerPoint presentations on need-based analysis.
Should be able to convey meaningful insights using graphical & tabular data presentations in PowerPoint
Coordinate with various stakeholders within Team as well as cross functional Teams for data requirements
Data Modelling in Excel: Ability to assess the data in terms of completeness and build accuracy checks, should be able to build complex Excel Models.
Should be able to identify and correlate the business costs, and the consequent impact on margins
Develop deep understanding of the business to drive efficiency through process improvement and personal effectiveness

Technical / Functional Skills:

Basic understanding of Financial Statements
Microsoft Office: Advance Excel and PowerPoint
Experience of working in SAP and Power Bi will be considered a plus point

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills should be able to communicate the business requirements and insights to cross functional teams as well as Senior Management
Inter-personal skills for personal effectiveness

Educational Qualification:

MBA / MMS / PGDBM / CIMA - Finance
