Description
Key responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled E-Discovery Specialist to support forensic investigations and litigation consulting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Relativity, document review workflows, and forensic data analysis. This role involves working closely with forensic examiners, legal teams, and clients to manage electronic evidence, conduct document reviews, and support e-discovery projects in regulatory and litigation matters.
You will fulfill a wide range of varied work from all divisions and across all levels which will include, but are not limited to the following examples:

E-Discovery Document Review Support: Manage end-to-end e-discovery workflows, including data ingestion, processing, review setup, and production in Relativity. Support forensic teams by organizing, analyzing, and reviewing digital evidence from forensic data collections.

E-Discovery Specialist Forensic Consulting Assist in document review projects, including keyword search refinement, privilege review, and case analytics. Leverage Relativity analytics and AI-powered tools for email threading, concept clustering, and TAR (Technology-Assisted Review).

Forensic Data Analysis Case Support: Work alongside forensic investigators to interpret structured and unstructured data for legal and regulatory matters. Support forensic teams in data mapping, chain-of-custody tracking, and defensible collection methodologies. Assist in preparing expert reports, affidavits, and legal presentations based on digital evidence findings.

Project Client Management: Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and forensic consultants to define case objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Maintain detailed documentation of e-discovery processes, review methodologies, and compliance requirements. Ensure e-discovery practices align with legal, regulatory, and forensic investigation best practices (e.g., FRCP, GDPR, CCPA). What you bring

Technical Skills: 8+ years of experience in e-discovery, digital forensics, or legal technology consulting. Strong proficiency in Relativity (RelativityOne, Relativity Server) for document review, analytics, and case management. Experience with forensic collection tools (e.g., FTK, EnCase, Nuix, Cellebrite) is a plus. Understanding of data processing, metadata analysis, and structured review workflows. Legal Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with litigation, investigations, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEC, DOJ, FCA, GDPR). Experience supporting privilege reviews, redactions, and case-specific coding strategies. Knowledge of e-discovery best practices, including EDRM and defensible data handling. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex data environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Certifications: Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Relativity Review Specialist, or equivalent. Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) or similar industry credential. EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE) or Certified Forensic Examiner (CFE) (preferred but not required).
