We are seeking an experienced Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for our construction projects. Reporting to the CEO, the ideal candidate will analyze project costs, develop performance metrics, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions. Responsibilities include monthly reporting, variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial standards and contract terms. Strong Excel and communication skills are vital, along with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results.
