Manager - Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis

  : You will be responsible for generating financial reports from

  Oracle

  and preparing detailed, qualitative analyses. You will also create standardized work for various analytical tasks across all functions.

• Process Improvement

  : You'll work closely with the Oracle team to develop new reports to reduce manual work. A key part of your role is to standardize and streamline monthly and weekly forecasting and reporting processes. You will also implement and execute the company's standard budgeting process.

• Audit Support

  : Provide necessary analytical support during both statutory and internal audits.

• Training & Mentorship

  : You will provide training and guidance to cross-functional teams on data analysis. This role also requires the ability to manage and train people within and across functions.

Required Qualifications

• Education

  : A

  Qualified Chartered Accountant

  from ICAI is a must. An MBA from a reputed institution, or a Cost Accountancy/CPA from AICPA, will be an added advantage.

• Experience

  :

  7-10 years

  of total post-qualification experience, with a minimum of

  2-3 years in an MNC

  in a similar role.

• Technical Skills

  : You must have a good hands-on knowledge of

  Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  . Proficiency with

  ERP systems

  like

  Oracle

  or SAP is also required.

• Domain Knowledge

  : A good understanding of business dynamics and the ability to provide critical insights based on financial data is essential. You should also be well-versed in

  Indian Accounting Standards, IFRS

  , and the

  Indian Companies Act

  .
