Manager- Financial Modeling

As a Manager- Financial Modeling at Resonia Limited, your role will involve primarily focusing on financial modeling and other financial aspects related to bids and new business acquisitions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and reviewing financial models to support management on key financial decisions for upcoming TBCB bids. - Developing financial models to assist management in making sound financial decisions for new bid orders while ensuring decent margins. - Demonstrating advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with VBA and macros. - Having familiarity with other financial modeling tools and software. - Assisting Business Management in making critical decisions based on financial models for new business/sales acquisitions. - Applying appropriate sensitivity and scenario analysis to support investment actions. - Conducting financial risk assessment and proposing mitigation strategies. - Updating and upgrading financial models in response to changing business environments and needs. - Leading discussions with Finance, FP&A, and Tax teams to finalize financing assumptions. - Forecasting and planning business acquisitions. - Working on new business ideas, market planning, and business strategy. - Preparing AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for the Business Unit and tracking its consumption head-wise. - Conducting competition analysis.
