Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager - Financial Education Programs who will be responsible for:

• Marketing and promoting Assetian’s financial knowledge courses.

• Building relationships with schools, colleges, and training institutions.

• Delivering presentations/workshops to create awareness about financial education.

• Driving enrollment and sales through outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools, colleges, and partner institutions to promote our courses.

• Conduct engaging presentations, workshops, and demos for students and faculty.

• Identify and build relationships with decision-makers (principals, deans, training heads).

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and outreach targets.

• Travel within Mohali and nearby regions for campaigns.

• Gather feedback and market insights to improve course positioning.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Business, Education, or Finance preferred).

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in sales, marketing, or academic outreach will be an added advantage.

• Must be based in tricity and open to frequent travel.

• Passion for education and interest in financial knowledge.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
