Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Preparation and finalization of

  financial statements

  as per

  Indian GAAP / IND-AS

  .
• Monthly, quarterly and annual

  book closure

  activities.
• Preparation of

  trial balance

  , ledger scrutiny, provisions, amortization, prepaids etc.
• Analysis of P&L, balance sheet schedules and GL reporting.
  

Audit & Compliance

• Liaison with

  statutory, internal, and tax auditors

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  IND-AS, Companies Act, and internal controls (ICFR)

  .
• Preparation of audit schedules and responding to audit queries.
  

SAP & Process Controls

• Working knowledge of

  SAP (FICO)

  for day-to-day accounting.
• Ensure GL hygiene, reconciliations and internal controls.
  
• Support automation initiatives and standardization of accounting processes.
  

MIS & Analysis

• Preparation of monthly

  MIS

  , variance analysis and management reports.
• Working capital reporting and financial analytics for decision making.
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of

  Indian GAAP & IND-AS

• Hands-on experience in

  SAP (FICO)

  is mandatory
• Strong understanding of

  financial accounting, controls and audits

• Proficiency in

  Excel

  and reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail & stakeholder management
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• CA with

  34 years PQE

  (mandatory)
• Experience in

  Manufacturing industry

  preferred
• Exposure to

  consolidation

  , IND-AS adjustments, and audit coordination
• Ability to work in fast-paced & deadline-driven environment.
