You will be joining McDonalds Corporation as a Manager, Finance Systems (ARCS) at their office in Hyderabad, India. McDonalds is a global company with operations in over 100 countries, and their Hyderabad office focuses on innovation and operations to deliver impactful solutions for the business and customers worldwide. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute on the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Record to Report (RTR), Oracle ARCS, and Cashsheets to meet business needs and global finance strategies. - Serve as the functional expert for Oracle Fusion RTR, ARCS, Cashsheets, coordinating on questions, solutions, and tools, and collaborating with stakeholders to collect and document requirements. - Assess the effectiveness of existing global finance software and tools, and recommend enhancements or replacements as needed. - Partner with global process leads to evolve global finance processes and ensure system integration between solutions. - Facilitate change management execution for successful adoption of new finance processes and technologies, and oversee user acceptance testing. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Degree in Business, Finance, or Technology preferred. - Experience working with Oracle Fusion and Oracle ARCS required. - English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4). **Skills:** - Ability to translate finance and business requirements into executable solutions. - Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills. - Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills. - Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion, specifically in record to report, and Oracle ARCS. - Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
