Manager- Finance & Accounts

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager with strong expertise in accounting, statutory compliance, treasury, and ERP implementation. The role involves handling the complete financial management of the company (or group of companies), statutory compliance, accounts payables/receivables, treasury operations, ERP implementations, audit support, and book closures.

We are planning to conduct a recruitment drive in Bangalore this week, and immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage financial operations of the company/group companies.
• Handle Accounts Payables & Receivables for high-volume transactions.
• Manage statutory compliances: TDS, Equalization Levy, GST, Direct & Indirect Tax.
• Work on treasury management bank relationships, Overseas Direct Investment, FEMA regulations.
• Manage monthly/quarterly/yearly book closures, MIS, cost analysis, margin analysis, etc.
• Implement ERP (Microsoft Dynamics/Tally) and accounting policies.
• Provide audit support (internal & statutory).

Requirements:

• 5-8 years experience across any of the following areas:

• Corporate Accounting & Book Closure

• Statutory Compliance & Accounting

  (Corporate/Big 4 preferred)

• Treasury Management

  (ODI, FEMA, Bank relationships)

• Accounts Management

  (ERP implementation & accounting policies)
• Overall 810+ years of experience.
• Qualification: CA / Semi-Qualified / M.Com / MBA Finance.
• Industry exposure: Advertising Agency preferred.
• Knowledge of India GAAP, IND-AS, and recent regulatory updates.

Skillset:

• Excellent communication & analytical skills.
• Hands-on in MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel expertise.
• Proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic work approach.
