Lead and supervise a team of 5 accounting staff.
Handle all accounting functions independently under the direction of the Board of Directors.
Ensure accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, and statutory compliance.
Manage
Tally ERP
,
GST filings
,
TDS
, and other tax-related activities.
Conduct and Coordinate
internal and external audits
with full accountability.
Prepare and draft professional business correspondence, MIS reports, and financial statements.
Oversee day-to-day Finance operations, Banking and support general office administration when required.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, confidentiality, and discipline by following SOP.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in
Commerce / Accounting / Finance
.
Proficiency in Kannada and English
(spoken and written).
Expert in Tally ERP, Advanced Excel, and MS Office.
Strong command over business letter drafting and document presentation.
Thorough knowledge of
Indian taxation systems, GST processing
, and audit procedures.
Ability to work extended hours beyond the regular
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
schedule, 6 days a week.
Must possess own vehicle and valid driving license; residence within
10 km radius
of the company.
