Role Overview: As a Manager of Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing at Prudential, your main responsibility will be to lead a team in performing penetration testing globally. You will be required to manage, mentor, and coach the team members to ensure effective penetration testing practices are implemented. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, mentor, and coach a team of in-house and external penetration testers to achieve their goals. - Design and execute penetration testing for various types of security assessments including web applications/services, infrastructure, wireless network, cloud, and mobile applications. - Identify security vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies to enhance security measures. - Establish, improve, and maintain penetration testing security services, policies, frameworks, and procedures. - Develop comprehensive and actionable reports for stakeholders based on penetration testing results. - Stay updated on the latest malware and security threats to ensure proactive security measures. Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Certificate Requirement: OSCP/OSCE or equivalent, Mandatory Advanced Certificate Requirement: OSWP/OSEP/OSWA/OSWE certificate or CREST-related certificates (OPSA/OPST/OPSE). - Language Skills: Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and spoken) is mandatory. Additional proficiency in traditional Chinese (reading and writing) and spoken Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred. - Attitude: Organized, independent, strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
