Manager - Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing

As a Manager Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing at Prudential, your role involves managing, mentoring, and coaching a team to perform penetration testing globally. You will be responsible for designing and executing penetration testing for various types of security assessments, including web applications/services, infrastructure, wireless networks, cloud, and mobile applications. Your skills in team leadership and understanding of offensive and defensive security will be crucial in ensuring the team's success. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, mentor, and coach a team of in-house and external penetration testers to achieve their goals. - Ensure 100% coverage of scope by discovering and addressing any gaps. - Conduct penetration tests on various platforms within controlled environments. - Stay updated on the latest penetration testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks. - Identify security vulnerabilities and recommend effective mitigation strategies. - Analyze complex security information, provide solutions, and maintain security services, policies, and procedures. - Develop comprehensive reports for stakeholders and keep abreast of the latest malware and security threats. Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Certificate Requirement: OSCP/OSCE or equivalent. Mandatory Advanced Certificate Requirement: OSWP/OSEP/OSWA/OSWE, CREST-related certificates, OPSA/OPST/OPSE. - Language Skills: Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and spoken). Additional Preferred Language Skills: Traditional Chinese (reading and writing) and proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese. - Attitude: Organized, independent, good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
