Role & responsibilities Manager Environment (CRZ, Coastal Regulations, Forest Lands): Apco Infratech Pvt Ltd( www.apacoinfra.com) is urgently looking for Manager Environment (CRZ, Coastal Regulations, Forest Lands) Job description Post Graduate in Environment Science/Management/Engineering/Technology. with 15 to 20 years of Liaisioning & Approvals Experience At least 10 to 15 years experience on approvals of Infra Projects like roads, Bridges. To liaise with Municipal authorities / Ward office /BMC / Government / Semi - Government Local bodies related to approvals. To obtain all approvals / compliances for various projects in Mumbai and Thane region. To coordinate with external architects & consultants for respective approvals. To prepare budgets, estimates, list of compliances etc., related to approvals. To coordinate internally with Engineering dept., site team, Legal etc. to ensure timely & smooth approval process. Knowledge of DCPR/UDCPR/MOEF/LOI/CC/Amendment Plans/EC/ OC. Experience in interacting with BMC/MBMC/VVCMC/CFO/Mantralaya UD Dept./MPCB Well Versed with entire approval process including Annex II, LOI, etc. Ability to negotiate with Govt officials & Authorities. Qualification: Post Graduate in Environment Science/Management/Engineering/Technology. Minimum 15 years of Professional Experience. Should have minimum 10 years in the environmental work associated with road, bridge project.
