Job Summary:

Manager Engineering L1

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians at the project/site level.
Plan, schedule, and execute engineering activities in line with project requirements.
Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and other departments for smooth execution.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out effectively.
Track KPIs, prepare reports, and update management on project status.
Support resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
Ensure adherence to statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.
Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.

Mandatory Skills: GCP Architecture .
