Role & responsibilities

• To manage on time maintenance work of all Prime movers Diesel, CNG & EV , Trailers & Reefer genset.
• Manage and guide the team of Tractor trailer -Maintenance Team
• To Manage Break down work on site and on road.
• To manage accidental & warranty claim by OEM dealer & insurance company.
• To Manage MIS & share the reports with accounts
• Ensure to get the Schedule services of all the equipment on the time.
• Manage the tyre work by team & coordination with tyre vendors.
• Manage vendor work like welding, gas welding, lathe work, leaf spring work etc.
• To Manage accidental work From vendor.
• Provide training to service team for safety & vehicle attending before starting the work on a regular basis.
• Ensure to release the payment of vendors on time.
• Ensure to prepare accident incident reporting & investigation of Trailers & Horses.
• Ensure to resolve the day-to-day complaints & queries related to trailers & trucks
• Ensure to take approval of HOD before initiating any new work or any important task where decision making is involved.
• Responsible for all tractor trailer insurance related work with insurance companies Surveyors etc.
